Worldskills
Worldskills is a competition enabling students to showcase their skills, knowledge, commitment, dedication and drive to excel in their chosen profession.
The first stage of Worldskills is a regional competition that has students identifying their opportunity to commit to a competition that will allow them to demonstrate their passion for their chosen profession. This one day competition is the first selection of a winner within a region. They then progress to the National Competition. The National Competition is run over three days with students using skills that are aligned to their training or qualifications. The National winner then has the possibility of competing at an international level.
Each step of the way, the winner of each level has more incentives and possibilities opening up to them as they progress and continue to grow as a student, young tradesperson and a human being.
Come along and see the student's as they put their skills and work on display at Worldskills at the Gardening Australia Expo.
